Hi there! Welcome to Motivational Coping and Healing, formerly known as Maybe Crazy Help, a blog with a ton of unique helpful posts on life.
Maybe Crazy Help started as a mental health blog, which grew into something bigger. While the main focus is still mental health, we decided to add more helpful advice categories to help in different areas of life- and change our name to fit our mission better.
About
This page is an overview of the website, it will tell you all about MCH. Here you will find articles and blog posts about mental health, self-help, how to manage and handle emotions, and how to help others who may be experiencing mental health-related problems.
You may be sitting there thinking, “How is another article or post about mental illnesses going to be any different from the rest?” I’ll be honest, it may not be, it might look like the same words written over and over again to you, it might have a different or unique outlook to others, it might make some come to a realization, and cause others to roll their eyes. However, I am offering real, blunt, non-sugar-coated advice, tips, and help to those seeking it.
Furthermore, there are short stories, poems, and other types of writing styles on this website. In the future, we will be adding courses in goal setting, getting back on track after a significant life shake-up, and more.
Additionally, there will be books, free printable info sheets, and more. I hope you find this website unique, extraordinary, and valuable towards your, or a loved one’s, healing journey.
We are all on this life journey, and our paths may differ, but the language of love is still the same. I wish to inspire the world with a loving heart while spreading light on the subject of mental health.
Personally, I have struggled with mental health from the age of 6, due to past traumas. I have real experience with how to overcome the days when depression, anxiety, impulsiveness, anger, etc… decide to pop up.
I’m coming to you with textbook knowledge and real-world experience. This statement is not to discredit people who have taken the time to go to school to get a degree. Those who set themselves aside to help others overcome the darkness within their minds are truly inspiring.

My name is Crystal Grasso, I am a mother, a daughter, a wife, a sister, and a friend. Overall, I am a woman chasing her dreams of helping others through their hardships.
Another thing I enjoy is art, you can follow my art on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/snow_crystal_1991/ if you would like. Art has helped me in many ways with managing my mental health.
In short, I am a writer and somewhat of an artist with a dream to inspire the world and learn everything I can along the way while giving back.
What You Can Expect from this Website
My goal is to have a blog post at least once a month.
Also, if you would like to guest post on this website and share your story, you can email me at [email protected] subject line Guest Post, and I will post your story with your name, link, and unedited.
The story you send is and always will be yours. Meaning if you ever want it taken down, it gets taken down. You can choose to be anonymous or say who you are. Just let me know in the email if you want your name in the title or not.
I’m just here to help get your story out into the world. However, there are guidelines, they will be emailed to those who would like to share their story. Don’t worry, the guidelines are not strict. Mainly just a be courteous to the readers and no hateful content directed at someone, etc.
Additionally, I have collected helpful numbers from multiple suicide hotlines worldwide. This page also has helplines for runaways, depression, and more. I am in the process of collecting more numbers for this page, as well as websites.
Additional Information
I am in the process of going back to college to get a degree in Psychology, however, I am not a licensed professional at this time. I do have my life coaching credentials, which you can check out here.
Please note, that I write from personal experience and the writings on this blog are how I personally overcame particular challenges (other than the guest posts of course). If you are in need of immediate help regarding your mental health please contact your doctor or call a professional for help.
Also, I am relatively new to all this, so if you have any helpful suggestions, see any problems within the site, or have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact me at [email protected] It is greatly appreciated.
*If you were a regular reader of MCH before the name change and commented on the posts, I wanted to apologize. The comments did not transfer and I am unsure how to retrieve them, the old site is gone and deleted. Your comments were inspiring, encouraging, and uplifting. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, I hope you continue to share your experiences on this website.
Thank you for your time, I hope you gain something positive from this site. Much love from the Grasso family <3 Welcome once more to Motivational Coping and Healing.
You can follow me on Pinterest if you would like more resources on mental health. There are a ton of useful pins and articles I have created boards for from all over the web. Wishing you all the best in your own journey through life.

“Together, one mind, one life (one small step at a time), let’s see how many people (and lives) we can encourage, impact, empower, enrich, uplift and perhaps even inspire to reach their fullest potentials.”
Dear Crystal,
Thank you for choosing to follow my blog, Bobbing Around. I hope my words will be of service to you for a long time.
You may be aware that I always have a free book on offer to followers. Right now, it is Lifting the Gloom, and am happy to email you a free copy.
🙂

Thank you so much as well. I look forward to reading your posts (Love the name of your blog btw). It would be great to read Lifting the Gloom, after I read it can I write a book review on it? I write book reviews on Saturdays to intertwine my passion for reading and writing. It sounds like a great book to recommend to those who struggle with depression, grief, and sadness. Thank you once more.
Thank you so much for sharing well. Welcome in London.
