Keto Recipe Friday: Pizza

I have decided to start a new segment where I share keto recipes each Friday. I am on a weight loss journey and have decided to try the keto diet for the next six months to help with inflammation again.

I lost 70 pounds the first time I did Keto and gained about 40 pounds back after I had to go to a women and children’s shelter with my kiddo in 2024, due to domestic violence. After I got my, starting over, apartment, I shut myself away from the world and regained most of the weight I lost, redeveloped agoraphobia, and felt like I took 10 steps backwards from all the progress I had made. Recently, I have put my foot down and started working on my mental and physical health once more with the help of my boyfriend. I lost 11 pounds in the starting week.

My boyfriend, Chris, has been one of my biggest support systems. He often makes keto meals, reassuring me when my anxiety gets too loud, and encouraging me to get out more. All of his patience, motivation, and reassurance have helped me realize I did not want to continue the cycle. That I wanted to do better for myself and live healthier. Now we have a YMCA membership and plan to start going weekly on top of doing keto.

Did you know if you have a hard time paying the YMCA membership, many of the sites have a scholarship program available that can help you pay for the monthly membership? It is NOT 100% free, you do still have to pay a monthly fee, but it is reduced to fit in within your income bracket. It is an amazing program. All you have to do is ask your local YMCA.

Back to the subject at hand… Keto Pizza :)

*It takes time to get adjusted to making dough with different types of flour. The texture will be different depending on the type of flour that is used.

Here is a free downloadable, printer friendly, checklist and recipe card :)

If you try this recipe, let me know how it was by giving a thumbs up or thumbs down <3 let me know what works for the recipe and what does not work in the comment section below :)
