Hi, welcome to another keto recipe Friday (even if it’s not Friday for you lol). Every Friday this blog shares a keto friendly recipe. I am on a weight loss journey and have decided to give keto another try. The first time I lost over 70 pounds with keto, but life happened, and I regained about 40 pounds. Happy Halloween :) since today is spooky fun day I’ve decided to do a keto friendly version of poptarts with a twist. It’s the same ingredients but shaped into ghosts, or any other shape you’d like honestly. Poptarts were big in my family growing up. My little one loves them as well. However, they can be extremely unhealthy if over consumed. So, I decided to try to find a healthier alternative that also fit in with my keto diet.
