Hi, welcome to another keto recipe Friday (even if it’s not Friday for you lol). Every Friday this blog shares a keto friendly recipe. I am on a weight loss journey and have decided to give keto another try. The first time I lost over 70 pounds with keto, but life happened, and I regained about 40 pounds. Today I’ll be sharing one of my favorite meals… Chicken and dumplings. I grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, it’s a major comfort food down south. I was worried about not being able to eat chicken and dumplings while on keto, but I have found alternative ways to make it.
