Keto Recipe Friday: Salt & Vinegar Chips

Hi, welcome to another keto recipe Friday (even if it’s not Friday for you lol). Every Friday this blog shares a keto friendly recipe. I am on a weight loss journey and have decided to give keto another try. The first time I lost over 70 pounds with keto, but life happened, and I regained about 40 pounds. Now I am trying to get healthy once more. If that interests you be sure to follow the blog. I post on Wednesdays (blog) and Fridays (recipes) at 10am.

Today’s recipe is keto friendly salt and vinegar chips. When I am craving something salty, this is usually my go to. This is a great alternative to actual salt and vinegar chips. Just remember, you have to moderate all servings, or you can gain weight, even on the keto diet.
