Product Review Thursday: The Wonder Wagon

Hi guys! Welcome to another product review Thursday where I review certain products that I have bought that has helped me either lose weight, space save in small homes, homeschool, or helped with my topical steroid withdrawal. Maybe some of these items can help others too :)

Today is one of my most favorite things I have ever bought, simply because it has helped me with so much more than it is advertised for: the Wonder Wagon. I bought the wagon for my son when he was bout 4 years old. We loved walking around the block in his stroller, but he quickly outgrew it and I looked for something bigger.

I came across the Wonder Wagon and instantly fell in love with it. It had a space for two children to be buckled in, a canopy that is removable, storage space, the option to pull or push it, and the handlebars adjusted. It made our walk around the neighborhood a lot of fun.

Additionally, when I was in the women’s and children’s shelter, the staff let me have it there. This wagon was a life saver while I was out trying to find an apartment, gain food security, going to college, and more. I was able to take my son on the go with me and have a secured place for him to be in and not get so tired with the hours of walking I found myself doing. I did not have a car and sometimes did not have money for the bus, so the wagon was the next best thing. I’m so grateful they let me have it in the shelter.

My kiddo is seven now and he still gets in it if we are out walking and he gets too tired, but lately it has been used as a grocery buggy! My home is about a 30–45-minute walk to Walmart, so instead of using the bus or car we just walk over to the store and get the items needed. Exercise and shopping all in one go.

I have had it for about 3 years now. Here are all the benefits I have noticed:

  • More uses than one
  • The canopy is adjustable. It can be taken off, put all the way up, or can be put all the way down
  • It folds up nicely and gives me the opportunity to store it in a closet
  • Sturdy
  • Long lasting
