Hi :) it’s been a while since the last time we spoke, well typed haha. I had to take a long break from blogging and am finally back. I apologize if you get pinged a few times as I upgrade the site and figure out the new interface. I really enjoyed your story Helping Her Reach Higher. Elaine is such an inspiration and reading about your guy’s time together was bittersweet there at the end. Thank you so much for sharing.

    Hello Crystal 😃
We literally just got home from a long road trip to visit one our boys & our DIL. We’re road weary but are looking forward to our own bed tonight.
Elaine was a unique gal. I felt really bad having been her boyfriend for a short season, going through a gentle breakup, then finding out her illness and death long afterwards. I would have loved to have reached out, but others made that decision for me.
This record of our time together was to make sure someone other than her family, friends, and me will remember her attempt to live as full a life as possible.
I’m so glad you liked it.
You mentioned that you know some of her situation. Do you have it posted – I’d love to read your story.
I hope this finds you well & loving life.
    Blessings 🌜🌞🌛
